My description of Sensata
I would describe Sensata as a young, dynamic, open and informal organization with a lot of individual freedom. Flexibility and independence are key points. Thanks to the company’s American roots there is a strong commercial focus and decisions are made quickly.

My position at Sensata
My position is very internationally orientated. I am in charge of a team of colleagues from every part of the world. Previously, my tasks were more focused on Europe, but even then I would have weekly, or even daily, contact with colleagues and customers from all corners of the world. This international aspect of the job is not only educational and fun, but also provides you with new insights.

Sensata as an employer
The freedom, drive and dynamic atmosphere, the good cooperation with colleagues worldwide, the technical focus, the appreciation of technology and the possibility to learn new things constantly; all of these things make it so that I feel right at home at Sensata. Being in direct contact with the client is something that appeals to me. The diversity also suits me; no two days are the same. In addition to all this, the company takes the needs of the employees in terms of development very seriously. As well as offering various training programs, job rotation is strongly encouraged. The only condition is that you have to have a pro-active attitude and that you are keen on further developing and improving yourself.
